It takes just 7 minutes from the time the pager sounds to Tenby’s Tamar Lifeboat to hit the water, thanks to the speed that the crew can run to the station. 

Our volunteer crew hope to better that and this year and also raise some much needed funds at the same time, so some of our crew and helpers have decided to run the Tenby 10k in aid of Tenby RNLI and help save more lives at sea.
