Tamar 16-01 Slipway Trials

Below you can see images of the first production Tamar. Tamar is currently at Tenby for 2 weeks of slipway trials with our nearly finished boathouse. Hover the mouse over each image to see a description. Click to see the full size version.

Day: 1 - 28/02/05

Day: 2 - 01/03/05

Amazing - Tamar 16-01 launches down the slip for the 1st time!!! The Tamar coming into harbour for press shoot. The local range safety boat (ex-Arun) is alongside. Look at size difference!!! A shot from the steps cominginto the cabin. Note new design seats and SIMS systems. Door to right leads down below to engine space and surviver's seats etc The empty Y-Class compartment The Y-Class re-entering the boat The aft external CCTV Cam. Both will eventually be infra-red enabled meaning we can see in the dark and search for persons in water using their body heat. This particular one can also zoom into targets!!!
